Terms and Conditions

Terms governing your use of Oxorbit mobile applications on Android and iOS.

Last edited: September 1, 2026

Welcome to the mobile applications developed and published by Oxorbit (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Android or iOS apps (together, the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Apps. The website at https://oxorbit.com is covered separately by our website Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all Oxorbit mobile applications available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, unless a specific app presents additional terms. In that case, those additional terms apply together with these Terms.

2. Description of the Apps

The Apps are independent digital products. Depending on the title, they may help you practise for tests, understand public processes, or look up information that is already available from public or official sources. They are provided for convenience and education. They do not constitute legal, immigration, licensing, driving, or other professional advice.

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Availability on Android, iOS, or both depends on the individual app listing.

3. Not an official government app

The Apps are not official applications of any government. Oxorbit does not represent any government entity or department. Information shown in verification or civic products is taken from, or presented as a companion to, publicly available sources. You are responsible for confirming important decisions against official sources.

4. Accounts and registration

Most Apps do not require an account. If an App later offers optional registration, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep any credentials confidential.

5. User content and messaging

The Apps do not include messaging between users. If you submit feedback or other content to us, you grant us a limited licence to use it to operate and improve the Apps and to respond to you. You represent that you have the right to share it.

6. User obligations

By using the Apps, you agree to:

  • use the Apps only for lawful purposes;
  • not tamper with, hack, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Apps;
  • respect other users and not disrupt the Apps or related services;
  • treat results in verification or study Apps as a convenience layer, not as an official certificate or legal determination.

7. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • use the Apps in violation of any applicable law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Apps, servers, or networks connected to them;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Apps, other accounts, or related systems;
  • engage in any activity that could harm or exploit minors;
  • transmit viruses, worms, or other harmful code, or scrape the Apps in a way that degrades the service;
  • copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Apps or their content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our App Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information, including advertising identifiers.

9. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their names, logos, design, and original content, are owned by Oxorbit or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use that material for commercial purposes without our written permission. Public-source data presented in an App remains subject to the rights of its original publisher.

10. Advertisements

The Apps may display advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers, including any purchase, are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

11. Third-party services

The Apps may contain links or connections to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, including app stores, advertising networks, and official public sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimers

The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that information displayed will always be complete or up to date. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxorbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to an App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for that App in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place from which we operate the business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

15. Dispute resolution

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim in a competent court where consumer law requires that option.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the Apps after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing an App, or your access to it, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
